I was in a somewhat similar situation not long after I bought my Hornet, the qualified advice said getting a PC and the dyno work done would be better than any set of cans.

What you are looking at seems a similar arrangement. Cans are normally only about aesthetics anyway with very little improvement in horsepower and sometimes actually a decrease.

This time I did it differently, but the pipes just sort of fell out of the sky...

Plus while you're getting in done ol' crasherfromwayback can yarn ya legs off about his trip to the US and show off his nice tan.......and it is a very nice tan by the way.
Have you done this on your K6?

I am thinking about doing something with my exhaust and a tune at some stage.

No. He left that to me on my K3 600. Using a seven fiddy for such a task is just plain cheating.

I sure got mine at Manfeild though...........

My GSXR750K6 did that a bit too. You get used to it.

Guess it comes down to increase from the cans. I'm ok with the current noise and grunt, so really I think just a decat will do, simply cos I hat being forced to comply with bullshit atmospheric shite....hence the o2 sensor being disabled about a week after purchase and the homemade TRD being fitted.
