Take him/her to the hospital? (but not Nth Shore)? I have rung the national poisons centre hot line on more than one occasion when kids had some nasty reaction to something (not my arsenic!!) and they were really good. I know this isnt the service you were wanting but I guess I'm saying that in general I think our on call services are pretty good? Just my opinion.

Wrap them up in ductape, we are to soft on kids these days.
I think every kid needs the shit beaten out of them so that they know there parents care about them.
Set them dreams and goals to aspire to, and if they break the rules give them honest punishment where they know you are hurting more than them.

    Its called "stream of consciousness"
I think (reading "between" the lines?) that there is a fair dollup of stress there, given the circumstances, unsurprisingly. Isnt KBer a good outlet for this, seriously.......

Aren't all generations a "dying breed", possibly with the exception of those who have already died? And I hope some poor soul isn't being denied urgent medical attention while a consensus from the KB membership is sought on what the most appropriate intervention should be.

And a space at the beginning of each sentence would be nice, too please.

Depends if the 'service' is govt funded or volunteers....

Funny old thing aint it - you can ask all the questions you want about shit like abuse but the system to follow it all through really is very very very thin...
