    Gear for Mum

My old man passed away a few months back after battling cancer for a while. This made it possible for my Mum to come over from South Africa for a visit, first one in 6 years.
So, obviously she is having a pretty crap time dealing with the fact that her partner of 40 years is no longer with her. She is also keen to try new things and going for a pillion ride on my bike is one of those things.
I don't have the dosh to buy gear for one ride, so is there anybody who can lend me some gear for 2 weeks or so (hoping for one day sun in that time ) or until the first fine day for a ride?

I have a jacket (with a bit of road rash) that should do the job. I need armoured pants (leather or cordura), boots (ladies 9 I think), gloves and a lid.
Obviously they will be well looked after and replaced should I have the misfortune of dumping my Mum on the tarmac

I think she is a size 16, if that helps.

Please PM me if you can help.

    What size helmet?

Maybe pop into a bike shop near you for her to try them on.... to give you an idea on sizing.

I have some spare gear - I would have to check th esizes but if it fits you are welcome to borrow it. I have a Nady intercom system somewhere as well - not a wireless oen unfortuanly, but it used to work ok

Thanks guys, for the words and offers of gear.

I tried my large (60) Shoei on her and it was a good fit. Smaller would definitely not fit though. Thanks Crashe.

Thanks to all those that PM'd me too. There are a great bunch of people on this forum.

    The intercom sounds cool.
