    My brother died yesterday.

Most of you never met him but he was a KBer, and a very skilled rider. Riding however is not what killed him.
He died of a suspected heart-attack at home, at the age of 47.
He is survived by a wonderful partner and 2 beautiful children under 3 years, who were his reason for living and greatest joy.

He was also my friend and taught me how to ride a motorbike, how to throw a knife, bait a hook, set a trap, snap bones and a million other things that I don't remember at the moment. He was a kind and gentle man who would help anyone if he could and gave his time willingly and with great patience for those who needed it.

Goodbye Steve, godspeed brother, I will do everything I can to help and protect your precious children and partner.

    I am devastated.
The world is a poorer place today.

    RIP Steve.

Condolences Mack. Words always seem so empty at times like this. I'm sure you know the support and care behind them though.
They shall not grow old as we that are left grow old.
Age shall not weary them nor the years condemn.
At the going down of the sun and in the evening,
    we will remember them

This is awful Mack. I wish I could say something to make you, your family and your brother's family and friends feel better, but of course that's impossible.

Sending warm virtual hugs from sunny Brisbane, and feeling really sad for you all right now . . . your brother sounds like a true gentleman. If only we could swap the lives of a few of the scumbags in the news lately with his passing the world would be a better place.

    Sincere condolences.

As Colapop said, words are empty, but you know me well enough to know what I'd say if I was there with you.

RIP Steve...May the angels look after you well.

oh Mack! That's so sad! And he was so young...

Thank goodness the children have such a kind and capable Uncle who they will always be able to rely on.

Please give me a call if there is anything at all I can do to help.

    Sending hugs your way.

Life is precious, but seldom fair.

Condolences to you, his partner and the children and other family affected at this time.

Never let those kids forget what a fantastic father they had.
