    BUT NO FRIGGIN FILTER!!!
( But Ive never had a licence officer!!)
Will be togged up and ready from say 9am?
Let me know am ETA at Greta if thats too early or late
Diesel oil is likely to wash out any crap that 'should' be in the bearings etc, so after a run I would replace it with a petrol rated oil, as the detergents may cause damage... but then she is a old slugger.

The bike might run lean with no filter causing you a lack of power at certain reves.
A mate at 50 just got his licence, always ridden too.
    Id say Greta about 10am

We are looking at meeting up at the Peg Pub at 9am so anyone wanting to head north join in.
The plan is to head to the Staging Post, set up camp, head off to Kaikoura and return via the inland rd and the Leader rd back to the Staging post to rest.
    cheers DD

Yeah, the Peg is practically on the corner of SHW1 and Dickeys Rd, it's just a couple or three buildings before the intersection.

I was hopeful of joining you guys for the ride up and perhaps the Friday night but life had different plans. Enjoy your trip folks.
Its not the destination that is important its the journey.

Blimey scummy, thats the best I have seen you looking for ages, seems the health farm did you wonders.....

but I feel like poo today, come down with a really shitty cold, always happens in December, without fail so feeling well sorry for myself, even had to leave work early today, which is unusual as I love the job I am doing at Carters, so drove away from there a bit glum, but been to bed for a few and feeling a bit better.

Gona have one hell of an early night tonight, see you guys
