I am certain that kind of speed is way outside of what they are allowed to do during a pursuit.

As far as the dickheads on both programmes........edited highlights maybe? If all crims were that thick the resolution rate would surely be much better?

I find it also quite strange that whenever there is a reported crash where a police chase has been involved it is always reported that the chase was broken off 1 min before the crash. Why 1 min I do not know but this is the time limit usually reported in the media.

Following this logic, chases should never be called off as there is bound to be a serious crash as a result.

On dumb bastard couldn't even lie properly! I mean a crim who can't lie..! If you are going to do house robbery, wouldn't you at least practice your lies first? Fark, what's NZ coming to? And the boy racer in the Subaru, Pffft.
No wonder we detect a hint of cynicism here amongst our KB cops.
I try to watch both programmes every week, bloody funny most times. My fave was seeing some twat punch his own head through a fence while his mate was being restrained in the drive by some burly copper. It smacked of 'The Young Ones', with Viv running around screaming "Even mindless violence is boring today" while smacking himself on the head with a cricket bat.

Just brilliant, and the two shows have got to be NZ's best reality show lineup ever.
