I'm not sure whether to count the last one, but there are some nice pop songs on it, one way or t'other.

Roger Waters was one of the notable lyricists of the twentieth century, IMHO.

Then listen carefully to "The Final Cut" !! that has some great tracks that display his irreverent sense of humour !!

I've spent the last decade meaning to buy The Final Cut, and never quite getting round to it. I really should.

One should just buy Zep III, Zep IV and Physical Graffiti instead.

    You reckon?

I think I'd have trouble choosing, really. Just buy 'em all and be done w'it I say. But I personally couldn't live without the Immigrant Song, Black Dog, Stairway to Heaven, Trampled Underfoot or Kashmir.

And I shelled out for 'In Through the Out Door' a couple of months back, finally. It's good!

Amen to that! LZ III is ok but a bit hippyish, LZ 4 has been thrashed too much thanks to Stairway to Heavan, Physical Graffiti isn't too bad though.

you buggers been at my collection ??? sounds like there are some real cross overs here !!
Any one here heard of John Campbell ?? Cajun Bluesman !! Did 2 albums then died aged about 60 !! He does the best version of "When The Levee Breaks" that I have ever heard !! .. If you keep an eye out for the albums you won't regret buying them ... The first is "One Believer" and the second is "Howlin' Mercy" ...
