Hows the bike coming along, finished yet? heheh we need a up date with pictures..because I cant read.
    Bike looks like this now:

I've replaced the stumpie mirror, but don't have any recent pics. The bike's still not back to 100% as I can't afford the paint D:

She's running sweet though. Had a small issue with a vampire clip which we put in when we attached the Steel Mate, so the alarm's been taken out for the time being. About that - have you got the wiring diagram for the Steel Mate? Could you PM it?

True that. Steel mate gave me such peace of mind. Now I'm back to being super paranoid till I get my auto sparky mate to show me how to wire it in.

Apparently what we did during installation was a bad idea - cutting the ignition (kill switch etc). Depending on how it is done, this means that if one of the connections goes botched, bike will just stop (Don't want that to happen when you're leaned over in a corner right next to a 10 foot drop )

Just recently my bike stopped working, turned out one of the vampire clips was a bit shakey, fortunately this happened when I was about to take off for uni in my garage. Took me half a day to figure out what was wrong with it. Turns out the main 12V wire into the ignition barrel was shagged due to the vampire clips cutting it in half.

    I've pm'd (and TXTed) ya Gijoe1313

or even worse, when you're running wide on the coro loop (as you obviously have a propensity for) and the engine stops, and i'm coming around said blind corner in my dodge ram with the boat on the back...

'did you feel that bump dear?'

'yeah - the potholes up here just get worse and worse - i just don't know what our $5000 in rates gets spent on'
