What happened to some features over the years?

What happened to the feature where I could just click on my name on any post I made and from the drop down list select "find all mervs attachments"? Its gone. If I want to see them all I got to go the long route through User CP.

Also there was a time when you could look at the user list and sort it by location to see who the culprits are in an area of choice such as Wellington.

Is it me being a mug or are things that used to be useful just turned off these days?

That feature has disappeared for me too. How come you still have it, sAsLEX?

Although now you posted that link it's easy enough to reverse engineer somebody's Image Browser from the user id.

How did you access that though, was it still by clicking on my name on any post and getting it from the drop-down coz that's what I can't see any more?

I don't ever remember being able to sort the members list by anything other than name, number of posts and reputation.

I noticed that the view attachments option doesn't work on PD posts though...shame coz that's where all the best attachments live!

Aha!

After I posted that I just twigged. My image was in The Light Universe, sAsLEX's was in The Dark Universe.

Change your theme to The Dark Universe and you get the full list.

Looks like Dear Master Spank might have to do some fettling.

I don't like Dark Universe but OK I'll try that. It used to work in Light Universe but is that racial discrimination or what?

Yep tried it and it works in there OK, but as I've always been a white (light universe) boy I didn't know there'd be any difference.

Geez its hard to look at though!

A year or two back I remember clicking on location and you could then see who was in what town grouped together. So you could look at that before you were about to travel someplace. Spank must have over the years changed the columns that can be indexed for sorting.
