Chartered Engineer wanted

I have a situation where Auckland City Coucil needs a report that transcribes some numbers (already in hand) to determine a minimum RL of any future building works on a given site so the the floor of said future works doesn't end up being under water...

I will have those numbers in hand shortly, anyone out there able to help?

but apart from that I cant help you (still working toward getting that chartered thing). Biggest problem is everyone is so overloaded with work and understaffed that little jobs like yours normally take a backseat.
