Erm, sounds like you need a dyno & a knowledgeable tuner to redo the jetting.
you could arbitrarily go up one size on the mains & up a clip on the needle but that may be a step too far in one area or not far enough in another.
May as well try the other carbs if you have them but be prepared to screw around with jetting. Look on the Factorypro site there is some good articles on jetting CV carbs (have to dig around). Obviously his jet kits won't be made for GS12
