I need a good organising person...

for organise a mini fund raiser in aid of Macktheknife.

Ive done the ground work and everything is in place, just need someone with finesse to work out the finer details and stuff.

Bar africa have agreed to open one of their pool tables next thursday (the 23rd after the atnr) for there to be a pool comp (open to all), idea is we decide an entry fee etc, bar africa hats and pens etc.. up for grabs and all proceeds go to the Mack fund.

Anyone able to help?

what is the chartiy about? I would have i a 10 doller entry fee with a prize of say 24 bottles of piss with a few raffles of meat etc.
