I was wondering if we should do the "Wellington" one at the bikers bar in Woodville (or other suitably central location) so that Hawkes BAy, Wairarapa, Manawatu, Horowhenua, Wanganui and maybe the 'naki could all join in. We could make a weekend or sunday ride out of it.

Thats the thing Grub... lots of people had diffenret ideas about where and when it should be... I made the call on something central, as many Welli KB'ers are active and may not be able to travel... you will never be able to please everyone.
I think maybe a venue out of Welli, like Tauranga, Hawkes Bayish... might be an option.
But Im comfortable with central Welli!

There is no reason why there cannot be more celebratory events held on that date in other places... Ideally it would be good to get as many people from KB together at centralised locations...

Yeah I agree Cola... I thought 3 venues... 3 big bashes where we can meet new people... have fun etc etc...
But that does not stop anyone from doing something locally... would be sad though if people dont make the effort and come to one of the 3 locations... I feel we all get a lot out of the site... might as well meet some more people and have a blast.... but what ever suits people
