    KRR150 Q's (oil injector, pipe)

Perhaps someone who races one can help out, I'm in the process of doing my 10000K service and should really be checking the oil injector rate, which I think is a little high based on the amount of oil remaining on my plug. Impossible to find a manual for my bike, so can someone give me the quick rundown on how to adjust the injector?

Also, am I right in thinking there is a converter in the expansion area of the pipe? It would make sense, and be the likely cause of the sometimes excessive rust that forms on the pipe. If I know there is one in there the next time I've got access to a mig it might find it's way out..

There will not be a converter in the exhaust. 2 strokes are pretty dirty from an emissions point of view & a converter wouldn't help much (or for long).

I wouldn't turn the oil rate down from that symptom, just I wouldn't let it idle for too long before you stop it. Very unlikely to need readjusting, but often the marks are on the carbslide (a detent visible with slide exposed, airbox side of carb) and a mark on the pump itself. Both should line up at the same time when the throttle is open so the detent is at the top of the bore (prob about 1/2-3/4 open.
Don't you look at my accountant.

Thanks for the info. I decided not to bother adjusting it anyway, there is excess oil in the pipe too, but I can live with the amount, when I thought about it it's been 4-5k km since I last cleaned it out and the amount was pretty small for that distance. I blocked 3/4 of the radiator off too so it'll run a little hotter, that might help as well (runs smother anyway).

Oh, and I've mentioned this before but I will again, any Krr owners out there, check your fuel sender when you do your service. Mine was leaking again, and the catch tray and pipe that clips on over it (obviously the fact that leaks were likely were predicted) is useless for the most part because the pipe runs to the right and when parked we lean to the left of course so the fuel runs over the bottom of the tank and towards the tap. Mine was leaking a lot this time, probably not a major issue, but it has damaged my paint on the underside a little.
