It was right on the edge as it happens anyway but a squirt out to Weber and back finally put paid to that.
Funny, you'd think that that tyre's tread pattern would disappear before showing signs of going through to the carcass of the tyre but not always it would seem.

I'd go with you Gary if I didn't have a poker run today. I hope you have a good ride to Welly!

Yeah I actually forgot the poker run with so many posts on this thread. Might drop in at Himitangi on the way home.

This might be a different run. As far as I'm aware, only two people will actually know where we're going and I don't think there will be any Japanese bikes on this one.

Not enough room on the form for all the riding I've done in the last few weeks...Not sure where to begin.

That's why I biffed mine, it does'nt really take a very poorly layed out weak ass questionaire to assertain the dangers and perils for motorcyclists (or any driver for that matter). Pretty much the same issues that have been faced since Jesus wore Alpinestars. Have these people been locked up in a bunker for a 100 years or what?

I am sorely tempted to start a big long list of every little hazard I can remember from my trip and then finish up by saying "and that's in the last 10 days riding..."

That Duc looks like a frying pan with glossy paint, a cheap S3 ripoff. Just got up so missed a ride to Wgton which sounded good. ACC bike form? Must get hold of one, can't let the bastids slip more uninformed regulation past us without a fight if that's where they're heading!

What more un-informed regulation might this be Al?
