Mum did similar when I got my amazing TS185,told her hop on,showed her the clutch,brakes etc,she rode around the lawn at snail like speed,then hit a clump of freshly mown grass,ended in a shrub.After dad,brother and myself stopped pissing ourselves,we extracated her.

I also did something similar many years ago, just after Dad had finished giving me my first ever riding lesson on his bike (CB175 I think). We went home and I jumped on my little sisters cut down moped (knees around shoulder height) ran over a doggie dooie on the front lawn (only wheelie I have ever done) and landed on my butt. Funny, nearly peed myself.
Hope all goes well and he is up doing wheelies again in no time.
