Have pulled out of the Capital K 1000 but after some jigging around it looks if I might be able to make the Protest ride on the 17th after all.

ok so i went into Suzuki today and priced out some bits and bob and worked out to be around $450 , also found out there are three different sizes

Pistons and rings come in standard size and usually three types of oversize [depending on vehicles bore limitations] Bearingas are available in standard size, under and oversize.

small end pin and clips?

will there be a way to tell which parts you need once you get the cylinder off perhaps, sometimes pistons have letters on the underside. Google it, probly a how to guide for RG150's somewhere

Micrometer, bore taper measuring thingymajig [the name escapes me, poor mechanic aren't I?] and a jelly bean will have you sorted mate. I might have a honing kit at home too
