im back from the best 3 days ever,

Saturday at taupo track 1 with pmcc was way better. i went out in the slow group and made sure i was at the front of the dummy grid, then i basically had the track to myself apart from the really slow riders that i lapped but they were a cinch to pass. the only downer was the 1 hour between 15 minute sessions. thew were 5 groups.... slow, med, fast, race and super kart WTF!!! ther were two karts there and they had there own sessions that slowed the day right down for everyone.

The reason for PMCC to have the karts is that they pay to be there and it helps keeps the cost down for everyone. They had them at Manfield as well, last round.
Yes it was disappointing that only 4 karts were there. But all in all a good weekend. Everyone behaved except for a rather big crash on Sunday during the Clubmans/Pro Twin Open class.

Then you would of been right in yr element after lunch when they mixed the slow group with the medium group.

In Nelson and im absoloutly shagged but the ride was awesome. Takaka hill was simply superb
Weather has been great so far apart from the bloody cold start this morning, couldnt believe the snow on the Hundalees
Buller gorge and Arthers pass tomorrow. Awesome

Good on you guys I was torn between rates and tax bills OR the ride. Kinda sorry to miss the ride but it does feel good to be free of those bills

Well I just discovered we have another bike shop open here in Palmy just today. Never realised PNM (Palmerston North Motorcycles) had been open since December and a bit happy to see it open up where Phil Turnbulls was. The Brti seems a nice fellow and and saw Sarge there as well. Hope this guy's business goes well.

Ha Ha, not at all, I thought the Buell did very well down south, better than the 250, not that that would be hard to beat, just curious really, 9 years to go before the buell is needing uprading, by then it will be worth more than i paid for it
