    Mmmmm Sports Grips.

I hate it when people get to use the items in the box, without having to fabricate something. It's not fair

    Nice mounts!

Yeah, I stuffed up - took the bar ends off and then forgot to even look at them before I trimmed the grips (the grips overhang the bars by heaps but the bar ends actually stick out a bit from the bars). Stoopid mistake! :slap:

    But they work!

Nah, couldn't fit them the other way up (and you can't get left mixed with right, different diameters) - they would hit the fairing. Interestingly AFC fitted the Connie's ones that way too.

Hmm, ok, cool. Might check mine in the morning, can't say I recall see the "Oxford" on the throttle grip upside down but then again...

S1000RRRRRRRR is where it's at now

Cutting grip off? You don't have a compressor then?

Careful with that throttle grip not glued on. It may start to slip when it heats up and expands, as mine did on the Parapara's Not sure who's stupid idea it was to use hairspray

Around the other way the "Oxford" is up the right way..........a bit weird actually as they say in the book to fit them however it works as long as you don't foul anything, so why would they put their brand name upside down when turned like mine? It's not as it needs to be like that so you can see "Oxford" up the right way from underneath the bars....

If you can understand any of this then you're doing better than me...

The throttle grip is glued, the other isn't. Had the throttle grip come loose on the Connie a while ago while you were beating me to the tag - not a nice experience. Superglue seems to last 54,000km or so...
