i gave the Citizens Advice Bureau a call but they wernt much use, the just told me to use google.
so i tried the free lawer service and they just gave me the phone number of a regular lawer.

i was planing on skipping the country in about 3 months anyway so i might as well sell my bike now, use the money to keep my job and remove the temptation of riding it. any takers???
There is a thread on here spelling out how to apply for a work licence. You will have to wait 28 days before you can get it though. Would not be too much of a deterrant if you simply got one issued the day you lost it in the first place.

Talk to the courts, from what I understand you can apply yourself thru the courts, but one off only. No need for a lawyer, but if it is declined you have to use a lawyer to reapply.
There is no stand-down time, you can apply now.

There is no stand-down when its for Demerit points, you only have a 28day stand-down when its for a disqualification thru the courts.

True? Well then, best not to get demerits to the stage that you walk then. I learned something.

Should I throw the boat + Rover on TardMe in $1 reserve auctions? I wouldn't mind scraping s few thousand together and going silly in a bike shop...I'm sick of a bikeless garage.

If I get enough coin, chances are I'll grab the firts single seat GB400TT I see. I want another bros650, but, I am not willing to pay the silly rego costs.
A new set of riding gear will be needed too.

The frames are essentially the same, but, belive me, the 400 has smaller crappier forks [Hard to believe as the 650 has freaking shit forks]
It would be a death trap.
What do you mean your old parts? Have you broken yours?

Got the V8 on trade me along with the boat now.

    Heh....choice!!!!!!

I shall look at 599cc and less, must be fun and good looking. Fast is not a major [typical Honda owner....] 400cc 4cyls would be heaps quick enough for the time being. GB400 single seat is top of the list, followed by honda CB-1/CB400 and a GSX400.
The the usual, FZR400 [The pretty one], zxr400, GSXR400 [Maybe...if the price is good....]
    and I dream of NC29 CBR400RR and NC30 Viffers...

Well I could sell you some 650 forks for one! (in a few months that is) haven't broken parts, just finding/making better ones
