Make a duct to the heat sink on the reg/rec?
nah, may replace the circuit with something moar awesomer, as i plan to run the exhaust up through there so gotta make it run even cooler. yet to take it apart, but i suspect the reg just burns off all excess energy that the stor puts out and bike doesn't need, not even a little bit ideal!

nah, inside-tail exhaust yeh, only for voltage reference though they generally control SCR's (silicon controlled rectifiers) which dissipate the energy, so in theory it'll run colder the more electrical load you have, probly getting about 20% efficiency out of it atm

That's going to be freakin bad arse, excuse the pun.
God I should have known that, it's been a while since I have got to do any decent elec work on a vehicle, just the usual retarded flasher units and stupid gauges I'll have to get the auto electricians bible back out.

He was absolutely incredible. I watched a few more videos of him, and wow, he had a BIG power deficit. On the back straight at Suzuka he was just getting eaten. What a legend.

Good news, I have a nice supple wad of cash....I will be going to pick that CB400 up in the Hilux ASAP. Bout time I had a bike again isn't it? Has been nearly a whole damn year I think. I'll have time to tidy it up before I am allowed to pilot a vehicle again too.
