I'd love to get to the superbike school here. Iron Maiden is also awesome. Dance of Death pumping is good to keep one relaxed. Where's my beer....

yeh, I still gotta get my ass to a trackday. Not much of an iron maiden fan, but had a some disturbed cranking in the shed for bros maintenance though, and expecting excessive amounts of beer to be had laters. All in all a pretty good day I reckon bikes, skids, metal, and beers

Bikes, skids, metal and beers works for me!
I wonder if the CB had any ignition retard crap on it? I'm fairly sure it was an NC29 motor with a beige set of cams and lower compression etc but maybe the ignition is gay? Could explain the flat spot it has.
I whipped the carbs off and cleaned them up, they weren't exactly secured very tight. Hope this solves the problem, might slam some 95 in the tank too.

Have a service manual, no mention of restriction etc. I know ot (was) limited to 180. I may have accidentally removed that.....I found one dyno sheet of 49rwhp but can't find it again.

Yep change of tact, bloody wankers smashed several windows of cars in town last night,we were amongst 3 at cop shop after speedway reporting our smashed, one guy had to go to Hastings minus passenger window, another same but in Palmy like us.

Lost bloody radar detector and couple of $50 fuel cards in glove box, along with window, cop was majic lol, swearing at missing opening night and the "fucktards"stealing shit. And he rides a Harley but good guy, mind you his shoulder is stuffed from a car crash(drivers fault)and can't reach his ape hangers comfortably, told him to buy a proper bike,he wanted to arrest me for suggesting a jappa (or euro bike).Rant over.

Parked in Bourke St in heatwrite carpark, took suction caps off windscreen, but the pricks saw the marks where it had been, never had any issues parking there in past, was thinking of using carpark as patrolled, next time might leave the dog in car.

Took the CB around the block (40km block...) Have sorted the flat spot problem. Goes pretty well now. Pulls cleanly through the rev range and starts building "power" after 7000. Quite a peppy wee thing, would wipe the floor with a cbr250 and I can't get over the comfort and smoothness.

    Coffee time.

I tell him the same thing all the time as well, but there's no helping some people who drive tractors.
