Whoopsie!!!!!


Threw the new bearings in the wheel and the new cush drive/sprocket on.
ZZR600 dash in, now has a 260k speedo and wil do clutch cable and continue to try make the 400 rubbers fit, I don't think it's happening without a dremel thing though
Will pull the oil cooler and headers off the 600 motor and get that ready to remove from the frame.
Clean carbs + set floats.
Should be a productive day.


My new Quasi leather gear should be here this week too

Thanks, but I decided new rubbers are better than hori ones. They're in the mail now.

Have got sme steel for exhaust brackets, oil, coolent blah blah blah.

Off to bust a beer open and enjoy my study break in the garage

Yep, heard the same - although apparently not swept of loose metal (it was like that in places when I went over a couple of months ago too). Shame there's no gravel...

ZZR600 is almost done, waiting for the courier to arrive then it's all go. Made some exhaust mounts for the tasty Neptune cans, got some 1 inch wide steel trips from Mitre10.
Oil + coolant will go in this morning while I should really be studying

Will try get a picture of the exhausts

Wish me luck with this thing, it's been a bloody mission

Good work! I think you should setup a webcam for the firing up I wanna watch lol. Woulld come round after work but I'm scared of riding in the dark
