Yes well, he is not a fan of heated grips, so might have to sort it myself.

Yeah I know he is'nt and I can't fathom what he's got against heated grips, once you've tried them you'll never go back, came in handy yet again today.

On ya BR, Owl and I did the Halcome/VH loop, was a little chilly but bearable. Apart from at the far and right at the bottom of the hill off the main road VH is in great nick.

Cool. The only sucky bit of my ride is missing out on the nationwide tag - I blame the old's crappy dial-up...nothing to do with my not getting on the road til just after 9...

Those Rev-it balaclava's make a hell of a difference. I left the heated grips off after putting that on.

Well I got a good ride in today: Video shop to drop off movie, massey, shannon, foxton, sanson, awahururi, feilding, haldombe, ashhurst, then home cause I had a sore bum.

    Awesome day!

Given up on balaclava's - too much fogging of the glasses. I've found that the whisper kit helps and if it's really, really cold - a neck warmer. Haven't ridden in snow yet this year...
