anyone know where to buy r & g racing parts? they have a very very nice tail tidy for my bike![]()
I asked God for a bike, but I know God doesn't work that way. So I stole a bike and asked for forgiveness.
The rear had it's first semi-decent clean when it had to come off due to a friendly screw. And I have to say, really easy to remove and refit. Only had to remove axle, only one spacer to worry about and the caliper carrier has a nifty groove in it that runs on a raised section on the swingarm so it can be pushed aside easy but does not have to be unbolted - nice one Honda! Even an ape like me can do the job in literally a few minutes...
Yeeeehaaah!

She deserves a reward, my exact and somewhat succinct word when I saw it.
It's now back in shape, carbs are clean and I'm waiting on jets, then I will re-check the floats and re-assemble and thrash...I mean test it.
The factory jets are 95s on cyls 1 & 4 and 98 on 2 & 3, I've ordered some 100s and 102s, I'll run the 98s in 1 and 4 and 100s in 2 and 3 to see how happy it is, if not enough I will go the next step up.![]()

I'm now going over EVERYTHING to make sure the previous twit who worked on it hasn't flogged anything else.
