Must admit. I never actually considered 86 was taking a plane. Not real keen on flying by I have never been sick while doing it. Unlike boating for example......

Hey people, just thought I would post this question in a more local thread coz I know the question has been asked before in the more general forum but i'd like to hear what you guys and gals have to say about it.
I'm of the general impression that around the 34-36 psi of pressure in ones tyres is about right for the road, what do you guys and gals run pressure wise? front and rear pressures please, cheers Sarge.

I run 42 in both. That was the recommend so I never strayed from it.

Shite! really.... how do you feel it's wearing at that pressure? I did'nt pay huge attension when I looked at your rear tyre but it looked ok to me.

getting around the 9-10k out of rear. 15-17k out of front. happy enough with that.

I will be happy with 12k out of my current front. It was second hand after all. When that baby warms up she is real sticky.

Well if you're getting that kind of wear out of your tyres at those pressures it might promt a re-think maybe.

yeah i know...happy that im getting it, but still a bit peeved about the price (but then, you know what that shop is like, i'll probably end up with a totally different price than what was quoted in the 1st place which is ok, if its higher, I say "but I was quoted this...", if its lower I shut the f**k up...)

Since I have'nt had any ideas come foward after I posted the question. Ahem...Let me put foward this unimaginative suggestion, Castle point for coffee (and lunch probably), a nice easy day out. I'm easy as to what day but I realise being a long weekend people will have other plans and wot not.

sounds good sarge .. am tempted to join vic club as I understand they are having a closed track day on the sat .. how does sunday sound .. may be less traffic on the road too
