Yeah..It's totally different to the Ace thats for sure, pissed me of it rained on the way home coz I was gonna go through the back way to Oringi just to have a play. Coz it's a sit up riding position it does'nt feel natural when you corner it but it's on rails none the less, just gotta learn to relax on it a bit, I was going along telling myself not to grip the handlebar grips so tight.
It will all fall into place eventually.

Chassis is quite taught but it rides slightly better than the Ace did, partly coz there is no road shock going through my arms and wrists, quite flickable and is light to handle in town and the open road. The motor is more flexable than I thought, it turns out you have to twist the throttle a little further to get the secondary butterflies to open up properly and she pulls a bit harder.

great first impressions I hear ya on the sitting upright position, when nasty lent me her bike for the cheesecutter campaign ride it felt really unstable was not used to the front end being so light & took a bit of getting used to .. & I thought Betsy was a pretty upright position as well ..

mind you the Ace sure was full over sports position

Too early too tell but ya never know, there some promising signs, will have to wait until I can get a longer ride in.
Won't bother me that much if it's no better in that respect coz I for one like to get of the bike regularly and have a yarn if i'm riding with someone and so on, thats what it's all about (to a large degree) for me, not into masochistic riding.

Brand loyalty. Its hard to change when you have a good run with a particular bike. Nice bike should give years of trouble free riding.

Yeah I hope so....well it bloody better!

Would have been all for a ZX14 if the money had stretched that far but i'm NOT disapointed, it would be fair to say the more I look at and think about it the more stoked about it i'm becoming.

    Congrads dude - shame it's a yammy

Just kidding. Should go the distance - there's a guy who does GC's on his and it's got 130,000+ kms on it. Luggage makes sense.

    Nice chrissy present!
