Yeah, bugger this weather! I may still throw on the AlpineStars wets yet and head out. They need a decent test ride. I'll see

Sat was great wasn't it! Went to Wellie, had a great nite at me Mum's 77th. Glad it was good for you guys

This is certainly a good spot to see the weather alright. It's one of those days that doesn't make the choice any easier. Right now, it's clear, but the showers are rolling in from the west. May head out and take the chance

Ah yes, I bought a one piece AlpineStars a few weeks ago. I was actually looking for a two piece but got persuaded by this bloke in a bike shop to try out the latest AS. Very nice it is too even though I didn't get to need it today.

All sorted chaps. I headed up SH 1 and ran into Sandra, Sel's and Gareth (Sel's bro) a few km north of the Halcombe turnoff. Sels has a Tiger and Gareth has a Bonnie, so Sandra had a pretty classy escort I thought Coffee at Bulls, then back via Halcombe Hill to Oscarnz's. Sugilite txtd from Bulls so another quick ride up to Rangitiki St to guide him in. Very fortuitous it was and they should be in Levin about now I'd say. Missed the rain but only just, whew. Good day out

looks like an interesting weekend. We have now returned from the wild wild waikato. Quite pleased I didnt take the bike with half the weather we have had to drive through.
First thing I had to do was go check out the concours next door. Very nice. Really like the copper look and changing colours make it look two tone without actually being two tone. Sweet.

Looking forward to test run of chopper ride next sat. As long as this weather clears up a bit.

Nearly all men can stand adversity and hard time, but if you want to test a mans true character, give him power....
