Looks like a good day out, that M109 trike looks nice. And a very impressive paintjob on the GSX.

Think I rode past the Yods outside Cafe Cuba as I popped in to work to drop something off, before wandering down to Welly to catch up with a friend. Bit damp on this side of the hills until I hit Otaki. Took the twistiest route south, because I hadn't done it in about 18 years and had plenty of time to spare. Probably happy to leave it at least that long again. Just a bit too narrow.

Was going to come back via the Wairarapa, but spent too long nattering in Wgtn and ran out of time. Enjoyed the mild weather until Levin, when the temperature plummeted as the sun went down. Fark!

Really, we had mint weather. Not a single drop of rain and even a few beads of sweat forming in the 20+ tempertures at lunch. Fucking mint.
