stuff this crappy weather...i'm going home tomorrow...and the traffic up here!...IT SUCKS!....had a look at Levin and Otaki...might look at buying at Otaki Beach...love hearing the surf. Wish us luck selling our house down south!

LUCK,luck,more than friggin luck needed eh?We had ours sold(formality said agent)2 weeks ago,except the agent didn't want to cancel the open home incase we got another offer,so the guys really keen(yeah right)came through,went around the road and bought another home,slightly bigger section and shed.
Then last Sunday had a couple wanting as an investment,real estate agent said yep should get $$$,we said have tenants shifting this Saturday paying about $30p/w more,agents eyes lit up,just waiting to hear back,tenamts keen to stay on.
