Damn damn damn, didn't see this until now, sorry I missed it, that would have been a much better ride than the Coro Loop that I am now resigned to.

Hope you had a great ride.

    Cheers

That Twin Bridges rd is without doubt the best 70km road i have been on, suit my riding, did it twice and if there was enough time, would have done it again....Oldguy and Bass made it....and whoever said that Kaikohe has nothing?... well there is a Subway there....

Hope you get as good a day for your Loop ride as we did today, what a beauty! The feeling of the sun on your back while riding, it must have been a while since I have felt it, because it was just loverley!

First time Twin Bridges Road for me, now I see why it is so popular, what a great piece of road. The bovine users of it are another story altogether, apologies to the 2 guys moving young steers up the road for our diverting presence, and mental note to self, watch for the cows crossing the road for afternoon milking.

Going to add a couple of things to the tool kit too after today, spare bolts and nuts Hope you got home dry and in one piece guys, thanks for a lovey day out!

The ride worked out well for me, as I wanted to take the new toy out for a getting to know you ride, and at the same time visit my dad, so hooked up with maha and crew, while they went in to town (Kaikohe) for repairs and look for a coffee shop, I stopped of to visit me dad and hooked up with them on the return trip.
