ok so I did it AGAIN! Got to Symounds exit.....was told the gyms on the left so I WENT STRAIGHT looking for a gym........figured it def was the wrong way adter 5 mins and no uni and went back to find no bikes. Dude told me u all left 5 to 10 mins before I arrived. Got a text from my uncle saying his Harley crew was meeting at puhoi so figured f it......ill never catch u guys and went there. Awesome little pub. Anyways (im an idiot) thought he said meet 11.30 but he meant leave Whanga at 11.30. Sat at Puhoi for 2 hours wishing I wasnt such an egg and that I could remember my alarm skips sat and sun....I mean FUCK! i suggested this ride! hehehehe............ anyways me and my blue and white leathers and pink triumph meet my uncle and bout 20 other harleys and rode to whanga. Im sure I saw u all.....right where the cop was? Bunch of sport bikes heading back......... I know someone spotted the pink sport bike amoungst the harleys!

Anyways I still had a good ride and good day.

Im heading back tomorrow prob bout 12ish..... I know there was talk of a group heading up 2morro (Sunday) and is that still on. If so can someone pm me with EXACT LOCATION AND TIME! Theres a chick up here on a harley heading back to Auck too so if nadda is happening Ill chill with her.

great day for it........hope you all had a good ride....was a decent group if its the one I saw.........me and my pink sportbike were waving like crazy in the middle of the Harleys like " friends...friends...." hahhhh hahhhh ha.......

Well tomorrow maybe.....3rd times a charm lol

Ps puhois a great little place think ima go there often....biker spot with cheap food....woot woot.......

ok someone posted bout the ride on sunday when i was posting to make me look extra dumb......... so u ball leaving 10 would place u here what time and where do ya all plan on being at that time........ ill check on here round 10ish to see whats posted. ^^ lol, i think i saw you then, we did pass a large number of hogs and a couple non-hogs on an open stretch with a cop on it perhaps the next ride should start at your place?

Yes I saw the pink triumph too in between harleys as we passed the cop in the car. We were headed back for auckland then. great ride. Darn we lost macstar on his Rf900 again. Oh well at least his ride home must have been nice, quiet and romantic with his significant other. anyone got news on Luke ? the guy on the R6. (with the slip-on exhaust pipe)

Sounds like you guys had a fun and confusing ride!

Sorry to hear about the bin, hope the rider is okay.

I had things to do and when I found out I had cleared them, was way too late to meet up with you guys, so I did a nice little pootle myself.. around the Hunuas, to Paeroa and Katikati to Tauranga (to check out what the surf was like at the Mount!) and back home again ... 480km of lovely riding ('cept for the mad cager oncoming on my side of the road and my lights cutting out just as it was getting dark!)

Tied up again for tomorrow, so you guys have a good one y'hear!

The fella was riding a nice 2000 yamaha R6. He rode onto a big porthole before a right hand bend. Lost it rode into ditch skidded about 5m on the ground. Hole in the left engine cover oil spilling out. Forks bent and fairing scratched badly (well cracked). His helmet had deep rashes and his visor broke from his helmet. We told him to do a head scan. Right arm badly cut.

He is ok. Thanks to the farmer that offered a hand in storing the bike and pouring soil on the oily road. Apperently the farmer also told us that it has happend many times on that bend so be careful guys

Great ride today everyone. My bike was running better than last week. Thanks to Cycletreads not sure what you did but I was able to handle the bends much better than last week. No wheel spins. Cool Those riding tomorrow? have a good ride and be careful...

Along the ride when Ewen and me were catching with the rest of the pack there was a white Altezza that was trying to keep up with us. could see from my rear mirrors that we was going hard at the corners like a rally car but unfortunately did not have the speed to get near us. was fun all the way to wellsford.

lol i saw you on one of those hills around puhoi, i think i also saw the same group of harleys on their way down from whanga

meet 10am-ish at the gym on symonds street, it's opposite the engineering skool, downhill from princes street (over/underpass) and uphill from grafton rd (NOT the bridge). i don't think the gym has a sign, so it's kinda a bad spot for those who don't know about it lol

plan is to go up the south head - all the way until gravel

yea we were l8 too. normaly we leave at 10.30 or 11. but this time they went alettle 2 early.. hah
i think u should leav now... u just might make it.
btw do u live in pakuranga?? i thoght i sow ur bike there some time ago....?

I saw you with the Harleys....Waipu straights, couldn't miss the pink triumph....i was on a blue one followed closely by a black SV 1000....guy on the SV gave you guys the heads up about the cop...and the 'Bunch' you talk about were about 20 mins behind us. We were having a drink at the Bridgehouse in Warkworth and saw some of them go through the lights. Shity day today....good time to test out the wets....

yeah i was lost lol..........i live in Panmure..........Im actually in whangerei now.... so im trying to find when they are heading up this way...........text just said they are heading south....its rainning up here

so im waiting to see if it breaks before I head home.....

U prob did see me in paka cause I live in Panmure.........
