WHAT A WELCOME TO WELLINGTON!! you lot were the bomb

Group shout out to the welly KB crew
OMG what a great night - you lot shone man - all those big LOUD shiny bikes, loop-da-loop, park up in for drinks then another lap for TV... all niiice noise, and somone dropped a patch just so the rest could ride through the smoke for hightened drama... pretty cool that KB made the telly... and a few crew got full frontal.

I have footage of the burnout and the mob riding through it-i'll try and digitsise some stills next week when i get my computer back.

you all looked so stunning on the bikes. best opening I've had I must say. Gave the art-punters something a little different to enjoy.

and it was most primo that no parking wardens or li'll fuzzy-blue-boys rode by

My little Hyosung felt a bit out of place, I couldn't even hear my engine over the sound of the big bikes
Still had a good time, and managed to catch up with some of the KB crowd.

I was a good night. A little different than most of our rides. Peak hour traffic in the middle of Welly with a group of bikes is urm... interesting.
Im really happy it went down well for ya. Great to meet you in person and it must be all a bit of a blur with Nasty introducing you to some of the crew.
Thanks for the drinks & nibbles too!
May the road rise up to meet you.
May the wind be always at your back.
May the sun shine warm upon your face.

    Now there's an idea

It was good to meet you Surfchick and really glad you had a fanTAZtic time down here and that it all went to plan for you.

Would definitely be keen to get that footage off you as I didn't make the Telle even though I was the brightest one there

Thanks for the drinks and nibbles it was very generous of you and hope we can get you out for a ride when you come back down.

    All the best

    Taz

A big Thank you to Marty at typeface for sponsoring me to have a go in my first race

Thanks to Steven at kittyosheas for building the computer program we're using at the sprints and the Hill Climb.

OMG i'd have to be a pillion - i'd have to be the sack-of-potatoes on the back! as I'm driving down so i can pick up all the gear! My computer blew up and I should have it back mid-week so hopefully then I'll be able to post back some of the group photos and the burnout soon!

I saw the size of you and I certainly wouldn't say sack of potatoes

There maybe some kind KBer down here with a spare bike. If I could have afforded to keep my 600 you'd have been welcome to use that.

All the best with the Art

rad pinstripe! cheers for stopping in

apparantly the 996 that was in the window on the opeing night has sold so motomart are replacing it with a bayliss 998 i wonder if they will leave the keys at reception...

I'm working on getting the motorcycle part of the work to auckland. just to complete MDU's misery then eveyone could admire the top-box but the gallerys book so far out it will be a while before it's here in Ak i imagine.
