Sidecar 'have-a-go-day' (19 October 2008)

I went along as well and it was my first ever time so the nice man on the pink machine kiwifruit also went on said to just stay in one position and hold on for dear life.
Was a fun ride tho went with him twice and had a blast.
Second time with him we stalled leaving pit lane so the flag man helped me push start it

Thanks for being me pillion fruitie!! Fuck that was the most I've laughed in a long time!! I friggin love it when sidecar 'virgins' tell me I can go fast!! I didn't go at full race pace, so I knew you'd be sweet as - just made sure you had your $10 worth!! Your expression was priceless!! You did good!! I will never forget your shaking of the head to get me to slow down (at least 6 times from memory!!) - You knew full well I wouldn't eh?? If you'd gotten off the thing unscared, then you'd think I was a soft cock!! I have a reputation to uphold you know.......

My records 13 passengers while racing - 2 broken bones from 2 different passengers in one day! (not Have a go days). Can he beat that??

I nearly let go man, i realise it wasn't race pace but fookin neow!! sideways wheel up... i was shitting myself, its quite the sensation! best thing i've done.

OK, it was 3 laps, but im dead certain you were deliberatley trying to chuck me off, That was fully the maddest 3 laps of anywhere i have ever done on a sidecar.
I lasted 3 laps longer than anyone else would have tho.

That rocked! On the way out I was yahooing in my helmet! haha. Glad I didnt wuss out!!!!!
Wish I couldve stayed longer but the boys wernt playin the game, would love to see some footage if there is any of you guys out there, I bet you 2 go off!!
Cheers, my MotherInlaw and I were pumped for the rest of the day, and only slightly limping..haha. Looks forward to next year!
