Thumbs up What an awesome day!

That was mean, on the calendar for next year already, even tempted to sell the bike and buy a sidecar. The best fun had in a long time! Got to swing on a few different bikes, started on the girly bike, and had a great few laps on Bretts machine, holy shit! There was no doubt in my mind he was there with us today. Great machine mate, rock on. I think all involved had a fab day. Cheers to the sidecar association for putting it on for us...yeeeeehaaaaaaaaaa!

What an awesome day!! Thanks everyone for showing up & having a go, The Beemer went hard all day, with the exception of a set of bolts working loose, which was soon sorted.
The big news is that Enigma51 went down the road on his arse today!!! im sure he will be along with all the reasons (excuses) why shortly. p.s, I didnt do it, or Scrivy either.

That was a quality family outing. Many thanks to the good folks who put that together - mum and the kids had a fully mean time.

Will be along to the next one with bells on. Thanks again. Steve.

    Thumbs up Loved it, wow

A real adventure into a different culture for sure.

My lad (18 years) loved it and informed me that I didn't get close enough to the ground, then waxed on about his lean angles He was great.

Put us all on an even platform as noobs

Thanks very much it was great and some really funny moments which I will tuck away and treasure.

Yeah it was cool seeing some grandads there, and some little kids. Not so many younger teens which surprised me.

Hey thanks for the hospitality at the AGM last night guys, damnit, reading these posts, I regret not going out to the track this morning, and I kind of knew I would as I drove back.

Sounds like it was a good day, I'll be there next year, erm...photos please?!!!

Had an awesome day today with all the sidecars guys. That was a good crew out there, thanks everyone! It was awesome being so close to the ground on the front exit chairs

After my last go (with John), I was wondering if the 3rd wheel was there for aesthetic reasons only because it wasn't used much

mistake number 1 was picking a girls sidecar first thinking it would be a good starter, well i broke it after half a lap and had to push the farkin thing about 3k's back to the pits and i was knackered. they got it sorted and back out we went, FUCK ME that chick is bloody mad, i was shattered at the end of 3 laps. after the second lap the arm pump was that bad my hands were numb and i was hoping they were still holding on.

mistake number 2 was jumping on with sidecar bob when i still hadnt recovered from my first outing, flying into the first lefthander i just remembered kiwifriut's words of advice "win or bin", so i just gave it my all. well holyshit, my shoulder rubbed the ground and i thought "fuck thems my good leathers" a second later i thought "fuck it, at least it will look cool" so i ended up dragging my shoulder right through at least 2 of the turns, its a fuckin wicked buzz and i was laughing like a mad man while it was happening.

by the end of lap 1 i knew i was fucked and wouldnt be able to hang on for much longer as i was having trouble pulling myself back off the ground, then as we exited the turn onto the back straight, i pulled myself up too soon and me and bob did the good thing and decided to jump the curb and mow abit of the lawn. thats when i pulled the pin as i knew i was too fucked too do a proper job anymore, and i didnt want to end up like the poor bastard who decided to get off half way along pit straight.

sorry to cut the run short steve, i was just too knacked, but i had a fuckin ball mate its the best fun i have had on the track i reckon.

anyone who hasnt done this and thinks it looks easy needs their head read, fuck knows how they jump around on the back for 3 laps, let alone a whole fuckin race.

    mad bastards
