Hmmmm - It's either slow of not working.

    check here pls mr Addict.

We're going to have online voting for Bike of the Year in Kiwi Rider.
6 categories each - road and off road.
    3 'finalists' in each category.

    http://www.kiwirider.co.nz/vote.html

This is obviously a dummy - I don't know what the bikes and categs are yet
I have this configured to send to admin@kiwirider.co.nz

But nuffink has shown on that address several hours after test submitting and getting the confirmation page.

You reckon it will happen on some sort of roll over tonight - or is it a prob with the email bubble bursting at xtra?

Can be a variety of factors Dave. Where is the kiwirider domain hosted? The email server could be blocking the emails? How are you checking the email address? Software on the computer (ie, outlook) could be marking the messages as junk.

Basically, quite a few factors could be at work, but I would think your first port of call would be asking the relevant IT guys to check for emails coming to kiwirider (pays to give them from/to email address, and subject?) to check how the messages are being processed, as the server chat can tell you whats going on with the email (provided it gets to the server in the first place)

Thanks - it's at xtra - I reckon I've done everything as per instructions:

    http://xtra.co.nz/products/0,,5901,00.html

I'll try to talk to them ASAP.

I can make it work if I use my ihug space and just froward the emails - but there could be thousands of them.

You'l be lucky. I've been trying to get throught to their help desk ever since their downgrade almost two weeks ago. In frustration I sent them an email outlining the issue that I'm not receiving all my email. They responded by telling how to set up my email to ensure that it was sending correctly, then marked the issue as closed.

If I don't get satisfaction very soon I'll be changing providers.
    Time to ride

Is there a webmail login you can use to access the email address? You should be able to.

Its possible that they are being marked as spam (I believe the new system uses a "Bulk" folder?) which means it isn't placed in the inbox, ie, if you are checking for emails via outlook, they wouldn't be downloaded.

edit: You evidently have it configured correctly, as it works with your ihug account, which means that its most likely a problem between mail servers (possibly a server not forwarding emails, a server marking them as spam, etc)
