Thursday Night Ride - Wgtn

Seeing as WT hasn't posted anything yet, and now daylight savings is here, who is keen to resurrect the Thursday night tradition ?

WT - you might like to add something here about leaving from Wgtn ?

Leave from WMCC at 6.30pm ??????, I'll be waiting at my usual secret spot....then a nice leisurely ride to ?????? and back.

Then carpark X for a laugh and ROQM about 8.00pm for some liquid refreshment and pool.

All welcome to come along at your own pace - no one gets left behind.

Ah... met a lady up the Rimatakas (Stoney seemed to know who she was) who apparently works for The Man.
She says they are now filming that carpark and collecting legal-type evidence on fellows who do Bad Stuff there. Obviously none of you stirling chaps would do, well, Bad Stuff, but thought you might like to know.
Isn't it lovely to be in a country where the police obviously don't need to worry about rape, murder, theft or anything remotely serious...?

Yup, I'm thinkin' I could be in for the ride part at least... and if there happened to be an shenanigans going on in carparks then I might sit and watch and admire the skills of those with bigger kahunas than myself

Not this Thurs, or the next few, but that sounds like a great idea. As far as I see, only people doing illegal things will be fined/ticketed/executed. The day it becomes illegal to ride your vehicle in a car park, will be a very sad one indeed. I do however, have some reservations about leaving my bike outside ROQM

From what I understand, the "carpark scene" is Thursday night only. No worries though, I asked Deano a while ago, and he says we can do burnouts in his driveway.

I'd be keen to come along one time, if you fellas reckon I'd semi keep up?! Deano, do I sense sarcasm in that "nice leaisurely ride" or do you usually just head out somewhere to play rather than go for a hoon?
I get out to the carpark around 8:30/9ish anyway if the weather's all good. You guys should pop down later on when all the cars are out and remind them that there's more of us still out there! (And to say hi of course.)

Everyone goes at their own pace, and we wait for the tail enders - the playing begins at the secret location after the ride (which I haven't yet attended.)
