Yet another newb to Kiwi Biker - Hello!

I'm in Melbourne at the moment, but moving to Queenstown in November and getting a new sports bike when I get there.

Can't wait to start riding the roads around there! Any recommended places to shop for bikes when I get there??

Central Otago is motorcycling heaven.

Bike shopping - I don't think there's any bike shops in Queenstown (I could be wrong). There's two shops in Alexandra (1 hour from Q'town). Dunedin is the closest city (3 hours), with dealerships here for all the major brands.

Moving to Q-town? So...er....you must be rich and famous then? I hear real estate costs more there than it does in Auckland.(And I've found real estate costs more in Auckland than in London!)
