Heya mate, try contacting 'S&R Pro' in Oz for info. They turbo'ed a Yamaha Zeal 250 with a turbo off a 660cc car. 23 RWHP stock, 115 RWHP@18,000RPM with the turbo running a 12.7 sec at 118MPH down the quarter mile. Not cheap though as it used some fancy gear and cost about $7,000 + bike.

    ooooooooooooooooooooooh shit....

It has been done. Tends towards having problems of having sweet FA reliability.

Use the search function and look up 250 turbo, i'm sure it will pull up a couple of threads from years gone by.

ive heard of a cbr250rr that got turboed and they converted it to fuel injected too apparently midrange was insane

I really like to tinker with things, so don't get me wrong, but I really feel you're wasting your time. If you're going to build a hand grenade, build a worthwhile one... it won't cost appreciably more to turbo a large gsxr, and the resultant bike will need a whole lot less flogging, hopefully lasting you a lot longer.

Being abnormal doesn't preclude you from applying a certain amount of rationality to your actions.

Lol. Ok i will type my reasoning....

I dont just want a fast bike, i want a fast bike that people do not think will be fast, something that people will just scoff at until it kills them, (and partly so people will say 'what was the point;.

Heh ok then! I think the plan of sorting the efi out first it probably a pretty sound one. Iddy biddy little injectors and a puter that can handle the revs of a 250 won't be cheap, but nothing is impossible Something that made me think twice was the CBR125... it's injected, might be a good source of donor injectors? No idea what they flow, probably enough for 15-18bhp, maybe more with higher fuel pressure?
