mmmmmmmmm fuel injection, that means upgrading intakes and exhaust without fucking with carbs? or does that mean its even harder now if you have to take the chip out and download the fuel maps and edit them and reflash them?

wonder if they have an o2 sensor like cars.. will have to look underneath one

Dynojet make a thing called the PowerCommander that screws with the inputs into the ECU. It's a stupid approach, but it does work. The ECU used in 4 cyclinder Suzukis (Read GSXRs) can be adjusted all sorts of ways if you have the right equipment (But many don't and fit PowerCommanders). I understand the Kawasaki ECU is adjustable too.

So, in terms of adjustability, you'll have to wait and see.

But I guess it will be related to the ECU in the Suzuki SV650.

Alterings carbs is fun, surely more fun than plugging in computers?

Damn, 1 of the best looking too fiddies just got hotter. Wonder if the 650 will get a makeover at the same time.
"I came into this game for the action, the excitement... go anywhere, travel light,... get in, get out,... wherever there's trouble, a man alone... Now they got the whole country sectioned off; you can't make a move without a form."

Paved roads are just another example of wasted tax payer dollars.

What I want to know is... When are Hyosung going to bring out a supersport or suberbike model?

The 650 just doesn't have the stats to back up it's looks but an IL4 version would be pretty attractive or even better a v-twin thou model.

just what is so much nicer looking about the new 2 tone fairing and bigger R ?

looks the same to me, with fuel injection being the technical improvement.

If you go the the korean website select the GT650R here and look at the specs it says FI for carburation now. So presumabley the 650 has indeed got the same treatment.

Might take a while to hit our shores though

hyosungs are shit, their first attempt will have problems, unless they steal and clone a japanese system.
