What a way to brighten someones day

Visited a friend in horsepiddle a while back. Took the usual, flowers/chocolates.
On leaving, I presented a flower and a couple of chocs to the help desk nurse in A+E(i had to go that way anyway).
The look of gratitude on her face was priceless. Try it. Its a great "warm and fuzzy" moment.
