Sounds like Marijuana in New Caledonia. Illegal, but the cops don't do anything about it unless you're obviously dealing copious amounts etc.

LOL, that wouldnt go down too well with the Father-In-Law. His response would be pretty much along the lines of, "Well off you go then you fucken little stain on society" followed by a nice long letter to AFS.

Yeh, my bosses are South African and recently moved here. They have a few interesting stories about the wild animals and stuff they eh.
Them hippos sound fairly scary eh. And the fact that my bosses' wife would rather take on a lion than a hippo is proof that hippos are crazy and one of the most dangerous animals around.

I would like to argue that a hippo is the most dangerous animal in SA. Lots of debate on that though.
