ipod shuffle help, please and thanks?

i recently purchased an ipod shuffle [the small 4cm one] and have two questions:

is it possible to buy a wall changer for them? ive seen chargers for the nano, but the shuffle has a headphone jack, while the nano has a usb style slot.

it it possible to buy wireless head phones that will fit snug against the head like the original ipod 'phones? i use it on the virago, but the wire is distracting and could get tangled up. they need to fit snug to go under my helmet.

    thankies!!

When it comes to headphones for riding, buy a pair of In Ear Budd Type.

I have the Sennhieser CX300 pair and I find that they are about as good as earplugs for blocking noise so I can have my music down quieter and still not hear the wind noise. So hopefully my hearing will last longer.

They take a bit of getting used to under the helmet but apart from that its all good.

I don't think you'll find wireless and the only way to charge them is via USB port. The battery is not powerful enough to run a transmitter for the headphones.

Na sorry I should have pointed out that they arnt.

If you tuck the shuffle into an inside pocket and run the wire up the inside of your jacket you shouldnt have to much problem.

charge the phones? i have seen wireless on trademe, but only the big huge things.

edit, thanks spud. main reason i want the 'pod out is so i can access the buttons without stopping. [volume etc] i might look at tying the excess wire up somewhere to stop it from being an nuisence.

Could you just use an arm band holder thingy for it? Then you can just tuck the excess cable down your collar and you can still hit the buttons (well mash them really if your wearing gloves)

    Earplugs under helmets for ipods

Check out our website earmold.com.au, we make wired earplugs specifically molded for your ears. We've sold many sets in the north and the Aussie dealers have sold 100s over the passed few years. If you're interested, we'll be down at Ruapuna for the NZ superbikes in January. Cheers Sue
