It really did look very unloved. Specially as it was next to the R1 that the whole crowd wanted to look at. Gixxer 4 ever

Mate, i'm working 60 hr weeks at the moment, plus with spring growth around now, spending all weekend on my vines and land, grafting.
Have'nt ridden in weeks and prob have to give it away for some time now.

Weekday rides are a luxury I can only dream about!
I might try and get out this saturday, prob just a short blast with the lad to Patangata hopefully, but dunno..........

Well that was a good ride, and good weather. Just about time to take the extra layers off.
Left Napier and headed up the Wairoa road. Spotted a massive oil/ diesel spill from the day before when a truck rolled. Well done to the powers that be for having a heap of signs up warning of the danger. For anyone heading that way. it is about 1 km before the Waikare Hotel on the Napier side. So we stoped off a the pub for a snack. Met the new owners and they were very welcoming. Its great when they come outside and chat with you for a while.
We left and headed back towards Napier and headed up the Taupo road and turned off at Glengarry Rd. That was great. That road is in really good nick and even Dave had a grin from ear to ear. From there we headed down Apley road to Puketapu then off home. Damm good day. Thanks Dave and Lee

You will be back soon enough, and you can enjoy the summer days. Keep us up to date with how you going. And what you are looking at getting next. If Mum is happy with that mind you.

Thanks for the encouragement Carnalee & Robertydog, don't think the Viffer has gone that quick before, especally Glengarry. As my skills & HP don't match yours.
Cheers guys looking forward to the next one. My Weekend is Tues & Wed next week, its another couple of weeks before I get a real weekend off.
