The Court of Appeal has withheld its reasons for quashing the conviction.

The Court of Appeal suppressed the reasons for its decision.


If there is something wrong with the conviction I see nothing wrong in a second trial. With luck he'll get a longer non parole period.

No he wasn't... everyone saw through it and he was sentenced as a "P" head killer and sent to a prison, not an asylum... He can't use that mad look thing now though because he showed what a farce the whole act was by becoming "right" soon after... He can be BURTON's bum buddy....
