    The Court of Appeal has withheld its reasons for quashing the conviction.

    The Court of Appeal suppressed the reasons for its decision.


    If there is something wrong with the conviction I see nothing wrong in a second trial. With luck he'll get a longer non parole period.

    Never met any of the US ones... the guys here that I knew here were all good guys to get on the piss with

    Did meet some Ghurkas in Waiouru - really little guys, but damn, they can hump a lot of gear....

    Curious now... where were you based? I was part of an infantry coy attached to Land Forces in Auck (about 22 years ago now)...

    Lol, anyone in the armed forces are good to get on the piss with mate. Everyone in there I have ever met have learnt that they have nothing to prove to anyone else. Only themselves
