Can't say I've noticed.
However I've just done a speed test and my dl speed is only 2340kb/s and upload 1456 kb/s.
Half what I should have.
And I to my motorcycle parked like the soul of the junkyard. Restored, a bicycle fleshed with power, and tore off. Up Highway 106 continually drunk on the wind in my mouth. Wringing the handlebar for speed, wild to be wreckage forever.

Haven't noticed any difference here. Didn't even know they had an outage.
