Hey Guys,

Nothing to do with bikes at all, but figured I'd pull on the numbers of people here and see if I can't pinch a little of your time.

As part of my degree I've got to do a mystery shop on some stores to get some figures. I'm doing this on four broadband companies and would ask that you look at my questionnaire and see if you have the time to answer it for me.

If you're looking for a good example of plan design I think xNet's is pretty good. Plus they're bloody good ISPs apparently, cheapest around and good enough tech support if you know your way around a router.
