yeah... sorry bro, i thought that ment miles 'n hour.
I may have a NC-35 project for sale soon, but won't be til I get back into the country, which I don't know when that will be. I was hoping in November for the Nationals, but may not be til February.

have you been to 400greybike they were originally set up to discuss nc30's. though the sites future is uncertain. there is a lot of usefull info there.
for sure 400greybike has loads of info, but by the sounds of things hes actually after the bike first up. Unfortunatly i dont have a spare to give however if/when you do find one you need particular parts im more then happy to see where i can help.
Nice idea there Death, sounds wicked, the only idea i had for when i blow mine was to put an XR500A in it and cruise about like that.

Awesome. I've been toying with that idea myself(except the supercharger bit). Is there much engineering involved. We've put a highly tuned CBR600f3 engine in 400 frame and it was a weapon, til it went bang. Now it's got a f2 engine but we haven't ridden it since.Originally Posted by DEATH_INC.

Wouldn't installing a bigger engine (like the VFR750) in the tiny NC30/35 frame make the great handling characteristics go all bung with the extra weight? Can the small rear tyre handle the extra power?
while fitting the super charger you may as well make it 840cc, theres a conversion kit you can get from america. Guy with a setup (race) vfr was doing it last time I looked (vfrforums) so that he could not just beat the 748 but put more distance between them. His words, dont know if its bs but i would like a 840![]()
dont break your cake
Yep. On the CBR we changed the wheels, the forks, springs, triple clamps, and stuck in an Ohlins shock. The only thing left of the original 400 was the frame and swingarm, I think.Originally Posted by ALTRON

Seem to recall a guy racing a CBR400RR with a 600 motor fitted in Isle of Man, finished 3rd, naturally he was disqualified![]()
