Sounds like a pretty light (and lucky) escape. You must be running out of road worthy bikes now mate!

Jeez, there's a plague of GNs in the world - we'll never be free of them they just keep popping up in the back of people's garages.

Let me sing you a tale

GN's you say?? Well Macstar, let me sing you a tale of heroics and skill from a man on a wee-little GN named James (Twinkle).

So as everyone knows i was TEC for the ride on sunday. Heading out from bethels, i let every bike get in front and took off as TEC. About 10 mins into the ride i heard a low grumble behind me, but saw nothing in my rear view. "It must be nothing" i thought to myself. Next thing i knew, with a mighty roar, Twinkle on his lil GN tore past me in a blaze of light and speed!!! He was a man on a mission!!

Ahead of me was a K7 GSXR600 and as we tore up the mountainous roads, hitting the corners at near-to-death speeds, Twinkle would not be shaken!! Leaning beyond physically possible angles, Twinkle kept right on the Gixxers arse and would not give up. With pegs scraping and sparks flying, the GN managed to pass the Gixxer on a straight and was never seen again!!

This, i tell you now friends, is no tall tale. It is but the truth, the true story of Twinkle and his wee-lil GN. What i saw that day was not a man on a bike, but a man and a bike working as one, pushing all barriers.

Good on ya Twinkle. Maybe one day ill be skilled enough to be able to handle the raw power and ferocity of a GN250!!!
